Contract Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, an established automotive company based in Coventry is seeking to recruit a Contract Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join their team for a 3 month period.The main responsibilities include:* Co-ordinate and communicate to set the most efficient PPM and fault resolution plans based upon associate skill, availability and workload.* Oversee Thermal Imaging and vibration based condition based monitoring activities ensuring that data is collected, analysed and acted upon effectively.* Encourage and motivate the team to promote efficient working and maximum use of available resource. * Provide technical support to the production department. Applicants should have: * Full indentured Mechanical/Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent.* Demonstrable practical experience working in a Facilities environment (Manufacturing environment desirable).* Supervisory/Management experience.* Understanding of HVAC systems; compressed air and pressure systems; gas fired Boilers and Burners. The salary for this position will be £27kpa circa and will be working days only. We require flexible waste workers for our client based in East London.Duties will include working in a team and working on various waste refuse vehicles. The successful candidate will be loading a variety of different types of waste from both residential and commercial areas.Some street sweeping and grafifiti removal will be required.Some heavy lifting will be requiredThis could be an on going position for the successful candidate

General Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for part time General Kitchen Assitants to work in busy kitchens in scholls and homes around Luton. Candidates must be able to committ to working regular day time shifts between 10:00 and 14:00 Monday through to Friday. If you cannot committ to these regular shifts every day Monday to Friday - this position will not suit you.Candidates for this position will have to have a CRB check.
