Implement procedures for service user selection and allocations in collaboration with Supported Housing Management team, including:

To liaise with the Senior Support Coordinator while supporting service users to:

You will also be required to undertake HBMS (Housing Benefit Matching Service) duties on behalf of the council, ensuring that you follow up on any mismatches from local government and their affiliate's databases and take the necessary action required with regard to the payment of Benefit 

In addition to this, the post holder will be completing the administration for secondary NDR 1 day per week, you will also sit on the panel to discuss rate relief for local businesses. Experience is not essential in this area; however it will put you in good stead if you can demonstrate past experience in undertaking similar duties in your work. 

You must have excellent IT skills and proven experience in working with the Academy processing system and Anite DIPs as well as up to date knowledge of all current legislation in relation to Housing &amp;amp; Council Tax Benefit
