Management Accountant

A leading Healthcare PLC in Essex is seeking a Management Accountant to join there team in a permanent post. This position would involve working closely with the Finance Manager, to establish systems and processes to enable the timely and accurate delivery of monthly management accounts and budget information. The post holder would be involved in the annual budget setting process, provide ongoing support and direction for the budget holders as well as investigating and reporting on variances. They would also be involved in ad hoc projects such as contributing to financial audits within operating units, reporting on findings and recommending follow up actions. The successful candidate will be a part qualified or qualified accountant with experience of delivering a financial management service. Alongside expertise in computerised finance packages and proven analytical skills, an ability to demonstrate strong inter-personal, planning and team working skills. Service Manager

A Service Manager is required for residential home, for Adults with learning disability and some challenging behaviour. Will have to manage and lead a team in providing agreed levels of support to service users, to promote choice and Independence, and to enable residents to lead full and productive lives. Will have overall responsibility of operational services, lead and monitor performance of staff, achieve aims and objectives of home, with compliance and legislation regulations. Conduct assessments and evaluate risk, and responsible for grievance and disciplinary procedures. Recruitment and retention of staff, including training.
