Our client is a financial services organisation which moves, lends, invests and protects money for customers and clients around the world - from large businesses to personal account holders. 

The HR Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the technological aspects of the annual Reward and Performance Review using SAP. This will involve managing the delivery of enhancements to the SAP system.
Responsibilities include ensuring the robust and timely delivery of processes using the system, manage project plans, budget, interdependencies, risks &amp;amp; issues to ensure delivery against time, cost &amp;amp; quality standards and enable benefits realisation.

The HR Project Manager will establish and maintain the operating model (e.g. functional support, management information, access controls and system administration), manage the end-to-end delivery of functional requirements to IT, manage system change initiatives and testing prior to implementation, plan, monitor &amp;amp; report progress, including identification &amp;amp; management of risks, issues &amp;amp; dependencies, manage project stakeholder engagement &amp;amp; communications, including HRSS/ Cluster senior management, internal/external suppliers &amp;amp; Programme Management Office. 

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering HR projects/technology  and/or managing HR processes from an operational perspective gained within a corporate environment and be available for an immediate start.
