Non litigious role - dealing with fast track cases including in the main, claimants with uncomplicated whiplash injuries, uncomplicated loss of earning claims.  Working under the guidance of a team leader in a team of 9. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE.

3 - Salary between £24 and £26K 
Litigation/MIB experience required.  Dealing with predominantly fast track cases.

You will need to have the ability to deal with differing workloads, prioritise effectively and have a good eye for administrative tasks. 


Skills and experience:

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team. Previous use of Word XP and Outlook would be advantageous. 

A legal background would be advantageous as would experience in administration, however, this is not compulsory.

To be successful you should have a professional approach, score highly in terms of commitment and internal client care and should be able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.
