Phlebotomist

My client is urgently looking for a phlebotomist to join their team on a temporary basis. My client is looking to pay You will be required to work ASAP, working an average of 2-3 days a week for the remainder of March, with a view to this being extended. Job Role: Draw blood samples Establish and maintain communication with people about routine and daily activities Ensure own actions promote quality and alert others to quality issues Personal Attributes: Communication and people skills are an important part of being a phlebotomist. There are many people who are afraid of needles and get squeamish at the sight of blood. You will need to help people remain calm! Qualifications: Either a Certificate of Competence, City & Guilds Level 2 in medical assistance or other healthcare qualifications would be useful Understand and apply the principles of the cold chain Be able to identify the risks to health of microbiological and chemical hazards within the working environment Benefits: This role is to start asap! Switchboard Operator

We are currently recruiting for a part time switchboard operator to work at a large pharmaceuticals organisation based in Knowsley.Your role will be to manage the operation of a large switchboard system which has 13 incoming lines and 200 outgoing lines. Suitable candidates must have experience of working a large switchboard as per the request of the client.As well as managing the switchboard, suitable candidates should also be able to meet and greet visitors, manage the scheduled bookings of the on site meeting rooms and organise travel for company directors. Suitable candidates may have worked in a PA or secretary role previously, but must have the switchboard experience.You will be required to work a total of 21 hours per week. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 12.45 pm - 5.15 pm, and Friday 12.15 pm - 3.15 pm. We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to work for a team of directors at a large organisation located in Bootle.This position is due to start at the end of February and will last until September to cover maternity leave.The suitable candidate will have worked as a PA in a previous role, and will preferably have worked as a PA to a finance director (or similar financial environment).Duties and responsibilities of the suitable candidate will be:Provide a complete and confidential secretarial service to the Directors, including minute taking, filing, copying and dealing with telephone enquiries. Prioritise and respond to all appropriate correspondence, internal and external communications, to include the monitoring of correspondence forwarded to others. Assist in preparation and production of reports, briefings and presentations on behalf of the Directors. Provide secretarial support and record and maintain diary and bring forward files for a nominated deputy officer to the Directors Liaise with the Administration Manager and the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive to ensure that administration services to the Directors are of the highest quality and efficiency.
