It will include working with local employers, supporting employment agencies and job matching beneficiaries.

You will be monitoring staff performance to ensure the delivery of the Youth Working and Mentoring programme.

You must be a highly organised and motivated person with previous experience in a similar role. As the role is Kent wide you must be able to cover any locations in the county.

The role is 40 hours per week.
