Highly successful professional services company in Surrey is looking for a part time payroll administrator to work for 3 days a week. You must be hard working and dedicated and in return you will get a great team environment and job security. Roles/Responsibilities Maintenance of personnel files, including contracts and variations Amend database records in line with notifications received Assisting with checking final payroll reports Providing information for payroll processing Data input of employee personal details Assisting with payroll data preparation Checking for unapproved time-sheets Data input of employee pay rates Checking for missing time-sheets Resolve record queries Skills/Experience Time attendance based systems Payroll administration Microsoft Excel Data entry Personal Attributes Flexible approach to working pattern Good communication skills Team player
