Our client is based in Harpenden, Herts and is seeking a flexible Part Time Finance Assistant to work Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 1.30 pm Monday to Friday but also provide full time cover for the Credit Controller for holiday cover. The role will involve invoicing clients, checking proof of deliveries, sending out invoices, admin support to the insurance team, filing and other general admin. Candidates should have a background in a finance environment and have some experience in credit control in order to provide holiday cover as and when necessary. The client is based near Harpenden Station which is on the Thameslink network but prefer a candidate who live locally. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, experience in a finance environment and good admin skills. It is essential that the candidate is able to provide full time cover for holidays.
