Finance Assistant

Badenoch & Clark are currently recruiting a finance assistant for their client in central Dundee to support the Senior Accountant and the Finance section. Initially a six month contract with a strong view to extend. Key responsibilities: Provide management information and reports as and when required Assist with various central account and bank reconciliation processes Provide learning event and on-going support to non-finance staff in budgetary control Assist in the development of new financial and other initiatives from a financial viewpoint The successful candidate must: Minimum of 2 years' relevant financial experience Have a good knowledge of IT packages including Excel Understanding of financial controls and financial environment Ability to produce written and verbal communication which is concise and clear Ability to act consistently with the organisation values to achieve the desired outcomes Desirable attributes include: Working knowledge of Oracle financial system To submit your application in strict confidence, please apply by sending your CV to scotps@badenochandclark.com.
