This would possibly lead to court proceedings and disqualifications of Directors involved. This role will pay £13.50 per hour plus holidays. It is a challenging yet rewarding role which requires: •Experience of accountancy and investigating accounting problems. •Strong report writing skills and experience. •High attention to detail. •Experience with various size companies from small to large multinationals. •Excellent communication and IT skills. Responsibilities would include: •Investigating any possible misconduct within a company. •Gathering further information from parties involved. •Examine accounts to support or disprove allegations of misconduct. •Review of important documents relevant to the case. •Drafting affidavits on individuals conduct. •Managing and overseeing the entire court process.
