	        	<description>My client are a global business services organisation based in Bury, due to expansion and growth they are looking for a HR Analyst / Team Assistant to support the existing team.  Working in this fast paced and busy shared service environment, your duties will include;

*  Providing management information as below;
    -  Be a super user for the internal time recording system
    -  Work with HR Analyst elsewhere to ensure consistency
    -  Maintain and update the client database relating to contracts, SLAs and client information
    -  Develop and enhance multi site communication channels for distribution of important  information
    -  Work with the delivery teams to ensure the collation of client satisfaction surveys, analysis of feedback and management of action plans
    -  Collate KPIs for all sites including absence, turnover, internal quality, external quality, cost savings and SLA timescales

*  Manage and co-ordinate training courses for employees and clients
*  Manage and maintain departmental training brochure and co-ordinate changes
*  Investigate, co-ordinate and ensure contributions are submitted to all relevant HR newsletters
*  Keep up to date with current HR practice

For this role you must have experience of analysing data and providing management information, have a background in working with budgets and spreadsheets, and have experience of managing internal projects with senior employees. 

You must be an analytical thinker and have an excellent eye for detail.  Relationship management is key, as are communications skills.

	        	<title>Personnel Administrator</title>

	        	<description>My client are a large, multinational business services organisation.  With new offices in Bury, they continue to go from strength to strength and as such are looking to recruit a Personnel Administrator to join the busy and vibrant team.  As a key team member, your duties will include;

*  Reviewing and updating the employee handbooks and personnel processes and procedures in accordance with company standards, current employment law and instructions from team members
*  Effectively advise and resolve any contractual queries and amendments to personnel documentation
*  Review policies, statements and procedures to produce recommended and revised versions of those documents, and writing new documents from time to time
*  Deal with and resolve queries on policies
*  Write HR articles for the magazine and company bulletins
*  Produce and ensure that KPIs are compiled and reported on
*  Maintain a high level of communication with colleagues to ensure a high level of service
*  Attend relevant meetings and training events to ensure that your employment law knowledge is up to date

You must have previous experience within a HR department and above all be motivated and driven to work efficiently and effectively in a busy and fast paced environment.

You must demonstrate a strong customer focus in your work, and be accurate and methodical in your approach.
