Site Secretary

We are currently looking for a number of experienced administrators to take on various temporary contracts with Merseyside based contractors and construction companies. These roles are based on site and you will be working alongside site managers and tradesmen, providing them with administrative support during the day including filing, photocopying, faxing, answering telephone, issuing invoices, keeping track of labourers hours. Ideally applicants will have prior experience working with construction companies, although this is not essentially.

Administrator

A general administrator is required for a busy public sector company within Liverpool city centre on a temporary basis. The successful individual must have has at least 2 years experience in this field and possess a minimum of 7 GCSEs grade C and above. The role will involve all general office duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, typing of correspondence, dealing with incoming calls and transferring the the relevant people, so an excellent telephone manner is a must along with good IT skills and accurate typing speeds.

Building Surveyor

Managing a portfolio of around 2500 properties within the Liverpool area, you will be responsible for the programme of works and a section of domestic properties that need to be Decent Homes certified. As a Decent Home surveyor you must ideally have a social housing background and knowledge of Decent Homes Project 2010.

Music Teacher

A large voluntary aided Roman Catholic High School for Girls is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented teacher of music. There are 1370 pupils on roll with 240 in a mixed Sixth Form. The school is situated in south Liverpool, and serves a wide Catholic catchment area. They have a comprehensive intake in Year 7, with a significant proportion of their pupils drawn from areas of high deprivation.
