- Fully understand the system set up, from service creation through to hourly support contracts
- Initiate twice monthly invoice runs. This area will develop significantly with systems integration
- Process contract changes/ updates
- Liaise with software support and reporting system faults.
- Report generation through Microsoft export programme, ad hoc &amp;amp; management reports, e.g vacancy, overview of services etc

Monthly Reconciliation
- Ensure regional invoicing reconciles, liaising with sales team and SAGE balances

Process Development
- To work closely with line manager, developing processes for each segment within the contracts database.
- To initiate database improvements, e.g. full breakdown of hours &amp;amp; rates required in database per contract. Full contract terms information  

Essential - 
- Advanced excel skills 
- Detailed database set up knowledge
- Accounts, especially Sales Ledger
- Process writing
- Report writing

Desirable - 
- Knowledge of the care sector

Key Tasks;

 - Ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice in delivering services to homeless households accommodated by the Council.

Duties:

 - Arrange the provision of emergency accommodation where required.
