You will be required to cover annual leave across a couple of schemes in the Nottingham area.  The successful candidate is required to have previous experience of working with the Elderly and have an Enhanced CRB. 

Duties and Responsibilities include: 

* Daily check-in on residents and resolving any issues. 
* Dealing with maintenance issues. 
* Liaising with social services and care homes. 
* Developing care plans. 
* Giving advice on rent issues.
