A leading financial services business with strong regional presence is looking to recruit a Marketing Analyst on a 6 month contract to perform customer and campaign analysis and data extraction. The role would also implement changes to, measure and report on the results of the Mystery Shop and Customer Satisfaction Programmes.
Key Accountabilities:
* Responsibility for day to day management the SmartFocus tool * Campaign production and scheduling, including direct mail, pitch, email and other marketing campaign selections in response to briefs from the Product teams * Ensure customer rules of engagement are met and maintained * Responsibility for carrying out the customer segmentation and other data modelling work * Responsibility for all Marketing (both off-line and on-line) reporting on customer segments and campaign effectiveness. * Identify trends and abnormalities and providing recommendations to drive business improvements * Gather data and analyse website referring traffic sources, website user activity, conversion and online sales, 3rd part microsites and partnerships * Oversee the set-up of new, and changes to existing Mystery Shop and Customer Satisfaction scorecards * Ongoing measurement and reporting of Mystery Shop and Customer Satisfaction results
