Working for this successful Financial Services organisation, they are now seeking a Marketing Manager to support the development and delivery of marketing strategies and plans that positively influence the customer experience and the perception of our brands in a region.
Responsibilities will include:
* Influence the marketing agenda and support the approach to marketing planning for a strategy area * Manage the evaluation of the performance of communication and advertising activity which drives customer acquisition, cross-sell and retention and recommend how this should be improved * Champion the customer-centric agenda * Manage the delivery of the profit optimal marketing plan across the full communications mix which supports the delivery of the income target * Lead elements of the development & delivery of marketing, customer and business strategies * Build ongoing business relationships with key stakeholders across marketing and other divisions * Manage day to day relationships with agencies in a way that promotes innovation, drives integration and maximises value
It is essential that your experience includes the following:
* Relevant experience would include involvement in areas such as brand strategy and management, brand portfolio, management of in-branch or online customer experience, marketing communications planning * Experience of operating in a customer-centric environment * Prior experience of working with external agencies * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Excellence in building relationships with external and internal stakeholders on a day to day basis * Some previous experience of engaging with senior stakeholders would be advantageous * Experience of successfully planning and delivering multiple projects
