PA with German/ to Marketing & Sales Team You will ideally have experience working for a financial organisation
The role includes the following duties:
- Using German language on a daily basis - Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook - Organising itineraries, accommodation, travel, expenses, meetings, dinners etc for the whole Marketing team - Arrange exhibitions in Germany and Austria - Office duties including post/courier arrangements, meeting room organisation (also serving coffee, tea etc) - Preparing monthly fact sheets, portfolios and reoccurring updates (NAV, Monthly Updates, Portfolio Breakdowns), Questionnaires " Mainly in German - German customer/client service o This includes customer service in the German language by using phone and email - Arranging conference calls between the client and their clients, - Web site updates, get and organise other company's fact sheets - Send information out to clients using an external Email provider (Campaign Master) - Possibility to take part in/represent the company at exhibitions in Germany and Austria, - Update and work with the company's database - Accomplish general requests from the team and clients - Binding presentations etc - Attend to phone calls, faxes, emails - Completing projects as assigned - Writing accurate correspondence to clients - Taking ownership of individual issues and ensuring that they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and CCL Only successful candidates will be contacted.
