One of the largest financial institutions in the UK is offering the opportunity to apply for their Operations Executive roles
The role will involve:
* Ensuring the operations team provide a high level of customer service * Ensuring the team portrays the corporate image and meets overall business objectives * Supporting the continuous improvement of processes within Operations * Ensuring SLA\'s and business strategy is delivered
There are full time roles working 35 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
The role offers an attractive pay rate of £7.50 an hour
The successful candidate will need:
* Excellent customer services experience * Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written * Excellent computer skills * Attention to detail * To be able to work to strict deadlines * General administrative skills
