One of the largest financial institutions in the UK is offering the opportunity to apply for their Customer Service Advisor roles
The role will involve:
* Dealing with customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate advice * Process and respond to customer correspondence accurately * Update customer account details * General administrative duties in a busy banking environment
There are full time roles working 35 hours a week, 5 out of 7 days, between the hours of 8am and 9pm and also includes some weekend work (max 2 weekends a month between 9am and 5.30pm
The role offers an attractive pay rate of £7.50 an hour
*THIS ROLE IS A SHORT TERM 3 MONTH CONTRACT*
The successful candidate will need:
* Previous customer services experience * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Good computer skills * Attention to detail * General administrative skills
