This EDI Care Skills course has been written in association with EDI and leads to an industry recognised qualification - Care Skills Level 1 EDI Certificate. EDI is one of the largest accredited awarding bodies in the UK vocational sector and is part of the National Qualifications Framework.
This course will help you develop the skills needed for a successful career in the Care Sector - whether or not you are already working in the care industry. You will gain an understanding of the various skills needed to be effective in a nursing or residential home position, and learn about the GSCC Code of Practice for Social Care Workers and the responsibilities of the care worker.
