This course will enable you to gain a general book-keeping qualification while at the same time offering an introduction to Sage. Sage is the accountancy software now used by over half a million UK businesses.
During the course you will learn the essential principles of book-keeping covering the key areas including how to record transactions, how to input customer and supplier details, how to edit the nominal ledger, how to record income and expenditure, how to follow the correct procedures for banking and invoicing and how to keep VAT records. It also provides an introduction to Sage Instant Accounting Solutions.
You will need no prior knowledge of book-keeping and by the end of your training you will be qualified to apply for a job as a Sage book-keeper. This kind of job could easily pay up to £35,000 per annum.
